In my nearly two decades as an art therapist I have been able to gain experience working with a wide variety of client populations and in a diverse range of settings. I have provided art therapy everywhere from locked psychiatric hospital units, to outdoor nature retreats. I have worked alongside educators, interdisciplinary mental health teams and museum administrators and professional artists to help students with autism, adults with dementia, and the chronically mentally ill.
I love teaching others about art therapy, whether through presentations or radio and television interviews, or written works such as blog posts, articles in professional journals, or book chapters.
